Additional Fees

Rental Equipment Security Deposit

Certain event installations may require the use of rental equipment, including but not limited to balloon arches, backdrop stands, metal frames, marquee numbers, columns, easels, and other display structures.

A separate refundable security deposit will be required for all rented equipment. This deposit is due prior to event setup and is separate from service fees and booking deposits.

The security deposit will be refunded within 1 business days after all rental items have been returned and inspected by Vision 2 Vibez. Rental items must be returned on time and in the same condition in which they were provided, normal wear and tear excepted.

The security deposit may be partially or fully withheld if any rental item is:

* Lost, stolen, or not returned
* Damaged, broken, altered, or excessively soiled
* Returned with missing parts or accessories
* Returned beyond the agreed-upon return date

If the cost of repair or replacement exceeds the security deposit amount, the Client agrees to pay the additional costs incurred.

To best serve our clients, we offer flexible scheduling and are available 7 days a week by appointment. Whether you're planning a last-minute surprise, milestone celebration, or special event, we'll do our best to accommodate your decorating and setup needs.
