1. Services
Vision 2 Vibez ("Company") agrees to provide event planning, balloon décor, event design, and/or related services as outlined in the invoice, proposal, or booking confirmation provided to the Client.
2. Booking & Deposit
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance are required to secure the event date.
No event date will be reserved until both the signed contract and deposit have been received.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
3. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Cash App, Zelle, or other approved methods.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
The Company reserves the right to withhold services until all payments are received in full.
4. No Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, postponements, changes in plans, weather conditions, venue restrictions, personal circumstances, or unused services.
By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the Company's strict no-refund policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels the event for any reason, all monies paid will be forfeited and retained by the Company as liquidated damages.
The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from Client cancellations.
6. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
If the Company is available for the new date, payments already made may be applied to the rescheduled event at the Company's discretion.
7. Event Changes
Any changes to the event design, guest count, location, setup requirements, or requested services may result in additional fees.
All changes must be approved by the Company in writing.
8. Setup & Breakdown
The Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the venue for setup and breakdown.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, weather, power outages, or circumstances beyond its control.
9. Balloon Décor Disclaimer
Balloon decorations are temporary in nature.
The Company is not responsible for balloon deflation, popping, weather-related damage, venue conditions, or damages occurring after setup has been completed.
Outdoor installations are performed at the Client's risk.
10. Photography Release
The Client grants Vision 2 Vibez permission to photograph and/or video event décor and displays for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and portfolio purposes.
If the Client does not wish to grant permission, written notice must be provided before the event date.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client under this agreement.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Agreement
By booking a service both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this agreement.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Final balances must be paid before setup begins.
Due to the custom nature of our services, deposits and payments are non-refundable.
