Yes. Clients are responsible for confirming that room decorations are permitted by the hotel and for providing any required access information.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your event. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Due to the custom nature of our services, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs, payments may be applied toward a future event at our discretion.
